Do to Credit Card processing fees, we have a no cancellation policy. Please ensure your order details are correct before submitting.

Due to the sterile nature of our products, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures the quality and integrity of all materials provided.

During the winter months when temps drop below freezing, it is important to consider a heat pack for syringes.

You can add ice packs for syringes during hot months. Spore prints and swabs do not require ice packs.

If you submitted an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at Support@thesporecoop.com and include your full name and order number. Orders are processed quickly, so it’s important to reach out as soon as possible to prevent any shipping issues.

All orders ship in 24-48Hrs of payment Monday – Friday. If you place an order on Friday after 3pm CST, your order will likely ship Monday. All weekend orders ship following week Monday and Tuesday.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please double-check that you enter a valid email address. If you don’t see the tracking email, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather or regional delays. You can always check your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
